spv e200 unlocked to o2 how do i get MMS settings?

The o2 website is quite comprehensive, they gave me options to upload settings direct buti couldn't find an appropriately close handset to the spv e200. Theyshow these settings to be entered manually:

Homepage - http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

Session Mode - Permanent

Data bearer - GPRS

GPRS access point - wap.o2.co.uk (for Postpay)

GPRS access point - payandgo.o2.co.uk (for prepay)

IP address - 193.113.200.195

Authentication type - Normal

Username - o2wap (for Postpay)

Username - payandgo (for Prepay)

Password - password

I have entered these settings in every available place I can find, Via start>settings>data connections and added new gprs and dialup accounts and selected them in the appropriate boxes within dataconnections.

I have also gone to MMS outbox>options>account setup>MMS and added new mms account and added it to the relevant server box in the MMSsetup.

Every time i try to send and receieve MMS it says connecting... and after about 30 seconds it says Error - unable to connect. verify you have network coverage and try again.

How do i get this working? also WAP and internet doesn't work.
