Call Baring?

hi,

is it possible to bar certain numbers in the contacts list, but not all of them?

i got a few people who wont take the hint and leave me alone so i need to bar the numbers from calling me or sending me sms.

if i have to download software to do this then could someone please give me the name of it.

There is an application that can do this but unfortunately I've fogotten the name :oops:
