sp3i white screen! help please!

hi all,

please help me! i took a shower, came back to my room, picked up my sp3i, press a button and now the entire screen is complete white!!! help me please anyone, i have no idea whats going on!

Try taking out the SD card and booting the phone up and see if the problem is still there.

If all else fails there is a hard reset option but hopefully it won't come to that.
