Agile messenger 3 connection probs

Hi,

im on Vodafone UK, GPRS works fine with opera, but whenever i connect to msn through Agile messenger i get the message 'Unable to connect'.

anyone have a solution to fixing this, ive been desperately trying to get it to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I may have found a solution for this problem, seems vodafone have some sort of filter on their gprs network, it stops users accessing adult sites but also stops data travelling through certain ports, ports which agile messsenger uses 2 connect.

To disable this, you need to go to vodafone.co.uk and log in.

Go in to your personal profile and disable the filter, it costs £1 but you will be refunded, the £1 must be paid with a credit card to prove your age.
