HI all...

I have just upgraded form e200 to C 500... and what a lovely little thing it is.

However, for some reason, when I try to access Orange Answerphone, the phone by default dials '+' and nothing else. (ie: when pressing the 'Answerphone' softkey or speed-dialing '1'). The phone will not let me change the speed dial on key 1 to call '123' as it should be.. I can put 123 on speed-dial for another key, obviously, but that would lose a key!

Anyone know how to get around this prob? I have been scratching my head for three days now (that hasn't worked either!) :?: :?: :?:

It seems they seem to arrive with the wrong number in the answer phone setting sometimes.

You can change what number the number 1 key dials by going to "Start, Settings, Phone, Call Options" and changing the "Voice Mail Number"

Was going to ask the same question myself, many thanks Griff.

Mine arrived with a "+" sign in the settings, thought the dealers/Orange would be able to get this right.
