C500 setting up e-mail

Am I doing this the right way.

I have sync'd PC Outlook 2003 to Mobile Outlook, and the correct e-mails are being sync'd sit under account Outlook - E-Mail on the mobile.

So I can sync all requiured e-mails on the PC and the C500.

In order to send/receive e-mails on the mobile I have setup a new account under Messaging.

In order to receive/send e-mails I go into Messaging select the new account, select menu and then click on send/receive option all new e-mails are downloaded using GPRS.

Is the only way to do this.

Why can't I send/receive under the c500 Outlook E-Mail account?
