That Insert Contact "Doink"

Hi all, First time poster - longtime lurker.

Ok, I have done a search here and i am starting to get the feeling that other than doing the Menu>1 method to insert contacts there is no way to disable the infamous "doink", or am I wrong?

I would hope that there is a registry hack to disable it, am I correct and if so which registry entry will do the deed?

Thanks in advance as the "doink" is driving me mad!

I can't help you with registry editing, but the easiest way is to set system sounds to off in Profiles.
