E200, My Action Key (Joystick) is faulty

While scrolling down thru my Contacts with the action key sometimes the down action doesnt works and it performs a right action and it messes up all my contacts.

Also playing games is hopeless now, for instance Rick Dangerous, because you try to move down and you end up moving right.

Has anyone else had this, ive had my e200 for about 6 months now and its only just started happening.

It's a known fault and the phone will need replacing I'm afraid.

It should still be under warrenty. I had the same problem, it was under warrenty so I sent it off and got it repaired for free. Go to HTC Europe and enter the IMEI number etc and book it in for repair.
