Guest BorisTheCrab Posted February 8, 2005 Report Posted February 8, 2005 My girlfriend recently purchased a Motorola MPX200 which was working fine. One morning it had turned itself off and whem it was switched back on it didn't boot fully. I did a hard reset but when it did boot some of the programs are missing from the menu (photo album, camera, file manager and one more of which I can't remember). Should this happen? I'm unsure of what to do next and would be grateful if one of you guys could help me out. Thanks
Guest Disco Stu Posted February 8, 2005 Report Posted February 8, 2005 I would assume that those apps were included on the promo SD card (or CD) that came with the phone and therefore need reinstalling from same. Assuming she bought the phone second-hand and the above is missing, you could try asking in your local Orange shop for a spare copy. Or try Ebay or the Orange or Motorola websites. Just don't post here asking someone to email you the files :( Hold on : file manager, you say ? I didn't think that was standard, most likely they were from www.binarys.com
Guest BorisTheCrab Posted February 9, 2005 Report Posted February 9, 2005 The phone was brought as brand new but was not locked to orange. I will have a look at the CD that came with it as I don't think it has been loaded onto my GF's PC. Thanks for your help!!
