Countdown to Date and Time

I've had a trawl for this but cant find one.

Anyone know of a small app that will tell me the days, hours minutes to a specific previously entered date & time?

I see there are a few countdown timers, but cant find anything that incorporates a date function.

I hadnt - but just have.

It _almost_ does what I need - i.e. it will countdown to a specific date, as in 00:00 hours on that day.

I need something that will count down to a time and date, specifically 12:45 on the 2nd June 2005.
