Major help with Screen Savers

I can't put screen savers on my phone... Poketcandy didn't work. I'd like to know if you could turn little videos into screensavers, how to make screensavers, and if their is a program compatible with this phone. Also it would be helpful if any advanced person who knows how to do it would explain it step by step because some other threads I can't even understand. Thanks and I look forward to having them soon
