How do I create new themes?

Hello,

I was just wondering with which program all the smartphone themes here on modaco are made.

...and is there a easy way to edit cab-files? If I extract them and edit the _setup.xml would there be a chance to get this theme running?

Have you tried OCPSoftware's WinCE CAB Manager? :lol:
