Recommended Posts

When I switch of the phone and swith it on again, all data (sms, programs, contacts etc) are gone.

Just like a reset of the phone.

Any idea to resolve the problem?

Does your phone installs everything again?

If it doesn't, try hard reset. Otherwise it may be because of malfunctional secondary battery.

this sounds like you have suffered from an partial reset, this usually happens when your phone is not properly shut down which causes corrupted system files. then the phone automatically reinstall the OS. better do a hard reset.

in order to prevent this try not to leave the battery discharge as in the phone shutsdown by itself.

You could be right. This problem occurs after the phone switched off their self after a

discharged battery.

The phone was discharged by accident. I synced the the phone with the USB cable and activesky and went from home without phone. Thus the USB cable was still connected with the computer switched off.

When I came home empty battery and all data gone. I thought this was one time because the USB cable situation etc. Because I thought the battery was to low and also a "backup" inside battery was empty to cause this.

But now I know the problem. Incorrect system shutdown caused the problem.

Thanks all..
