My C500 has gone slow, help me

I tried to alter my media player skin but unfortunaly it didn't work and neither did the media player (wmp), so after hours trying to correct this i used the clear storage in the accessories, well my media player is fine now but for some reason the phone seems to be really slow and keeps freezing on me. Should I have done a hard reset ? please help

Since you've just done the Clear Storage routine I would recommend doing a hard reset now. Hopefully this will sort out your problem. Instructions pinned at the top of this section - see Squall's Quick Links
