Orange Tariff’s, Discrepancies & Customer Service

Hello people!

I need some advice about orange tarriffs. :lol:

I was on orange ovp 200 tarrif which is ridiculous as its only 200 minutes anytime any network and 50 txt msgs, when i started my plan i got orange world 3 free every month for 12 months and then after 6 months suddenly it got stopped and orange started charging me, when i complained i was told they had made a mistake and it was never free for a year and as a "good will" gesture they are only charging for that month, when i complained further they took that charge off but i no longer get orange world anymore :shock: wah sniff :cry:

After carefull consideration and lot of research on tariffs offered by other networks, i decided to switch over to orange's own yourplan which offers 1000 minutes to any network off peak only and no free txt msgs on 25 pounds per month only to be told by customer service that i "can't" go for that as that is for new customers only! While on the website it clearly states that "Exclusive Your Plan offers apply to new connections only" and in a separate section is written "Or build your own plan" and two options are listed:(1) 1000 mins off peak orange2orange + landlines 20 pounds p/month (2) 1000 mins off peak any network for 25 pounds p/month

But the customer service staff failed to budge and instead offered me a plan saying that 800 minutes off orange2orange+ landlines + 200 mins off peak to any network for 20 pounds p/month is the ONLY option i can go for in this category! I then chose the T-Mobile Off Peak 500 plan for 20 pounds p/month and now i see that its gone upto 22 pounds p/month! what the heck is all this! can anyone help me? i feel like pulling my hair out! halp! please!!! :x
