O2 mini Photo Caller ID

i'm holding a O2 mini that comes with a bundled appliation "Photo Caller ID" that allows user to assign ringtone &/or photo to each contact. however, it seemst that the ringtone doesnt not stick. it always will go back to the default ringtone instead of the one that is being assigned to it.

i've came across a similar topic under smart phone but not applicable on mine.

wondering if anyone encounter the same and any idea how to resolve it?i really hate to have only 1 ringtone :lol:
