Long time gone

I haven't been here in a while. I got my MPX200 right when it came out in October of 2k3, did a hard reset on it in February and unlocked it in March. Have been running on T-mobile here in the states ever since.

I'm looking to get back into playing with the phone, as it's starting to have a few issues. I'm thinking another hard reset may be coming down the pipe.

Question 1: Will a hard reset cause me to have to unlock the phone again?

Question 2: I know there's a wm2003 upgrade that is not supported, and withdrawn, can anyone tell me however if it's a UK only thing, or does it work on US phones?

Question 3: Anyone have any good free software recomendations?
