Changing ShutDown-Screen

I tried to change my bootscreen and shutdown screen by creating this values in my registry:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Splash Screen

(string) MSBitmap = \IPSM\Windows\win_start.gif

(string) MSShutdownBitmap = \IPSM\Windows\shut.gif

(string) CarrierBitmap = \IPSM\Windows\win_start.gif

(string) CarrierShutdownBitmap = \IPSM\Windows\shut.gif

(dword/decimal) CarrierShutdownTimeout = 2000

(dword/decimal) MSShutdownTimeout = 15000

The bootscreen is working perfectly but the shutdown-screen is still the same old one (smartphone 2002).

Do you have any idea where the error is??

edit > The gif's are the same, just renamed to exclude a corrupt gif .

Thanks in advance and please don't put links to ScreenChanger and other tools as I wanna do it in the registry (ScreenChanger does the same but ruined my Windows and I had to do a hard reset :twisted: )
