QTEK = SPV ?

I am a Newb 2 :roll:

Want to update my portable and move up to bluetooth/WiFi,but Macintosh compatible.

In Paris, France, where I live, I have been told to go to QTEK 9090.

The more sites I visit, I get the message that QTEK and SPV is the same ?

Is this true ?

There is no way I can find a home site for the Taiwanese manufacturer and hopefully get some hard answers.

It would also seem that the QTEK 9090 (which has not yet appeared in Paris, expected next week) has already got a big brother ? :oops:

What is the real lowdown ?

I am no expert but I know that SPV & QTEK phones are just "rebraned"A Japanise company(maybe?) called HTC make them. Try searching for the HTC blue angle.

HTC do make the the phone and all varients of it, they are a based in Taiwan and specialise in OEM products including Ipaq etc

They also do their own range of products which they sell to networks to brand as their own ie Orange, Qtek, SMART and IMATE to name a few.
