BT between SMT5600/SP3i & PDA?

I am interested in purchasing either a SMT5600 or SP3i. I like the SMT5600 because it's dirt cheap, but the lack of a joystick is bad for games. The SP3i is nice because it has a joystick (although I've read bad things about it), but it's expensive. I also intend to buy a new Dell Axim and ABSOLUTELY need to make sure that I can transfer files via BT between the two. I've read that there is no OBEX support in the SMT5600 to do a file-transfer to the PDA, is this true? Will that Smart Explorer program get around this somehow? If not does the SP3i support OBEX file transfer via BT to a PDA? I read that it did. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Bothe phones are the same hardware wise so what one can do so can the other.

You can transfer files from phone to pda via BT and it should be possible with the Axim.

From experiance though I could not transfer via IR from the original SPV to my old Axim X5 but that's another story.

*sigh* I keep hearing conflicting stories, I'm confused. I just want to go from PDA->Axim and Axim->PDA. Has ANYONE on here done that? Not necessarily with an Axim, but any PDA. I've read that it's not possible, then I read another review that says it is. Someone is wrong and I'm not sure who it is. :/ I read that the SP3i has support for file push via BT which makes it seem like the SP3/SMT5600 does not. Does this make sense? I'm shocked that no one on here hasn't tried this yet.

Excellent!!!! That's what I wanted to hear, great news. Since I'm assuming the SMT5600 is identical feature wise to your C500 then it SHOULD also work between an Axim. Thanks.
