hard reset e200/xphone

Hi,

How do I do a hard reset on my o2 xphone if my camera/voice record button is spoilt?

I heard that removing the backup battery inside the phone does the job, but I'm having trouble removing it.. can anyone tell me how?

If you can switch the phone on I would run the latest update. This does everything a hard reset would do and more

The problem is I think that the phone data is corrupted.

It hanged while I was browsing the menu.. and I cant boot it anymore.. always hangs at the o2 loading screen.
