Help finding information about Calendar Plugin

I have searched and seen many requests for multiple events from the calendar on the homescreen. I would like this as well. I have seen some references to using LCD plugin to do this. But, I did not see any information or screenshots of it being done. Maybe I am misunderstanding what can be done with this, and maybe not. This is what I want...

It seems to be a popular request. I am suprised somebody has not done this yet.

If there is any information you can provide, I would appreciate it.
