Cant install digitally signed with a trusted certificate. Yes my C500 is app unlocked. But the homescreen looks awsome by the way

HTC Feeler:

Installed fine. Looks good.

Initial "Transformers: More than meets the eye" screen is AUTOBOT. OK, I'm picky. Pedantic, really.

WMP is not skinned to Soundwave. Is there anything special I need to do for that?

Oh, and WMP showed video, but maybe that's because it's not skinned?

EDIT: Found the graphics for the Decepticon (purple) MTMTE startup so I'll fit that into the next release.

As for WMP... It's not meant to be Soundwave, just Soundwave themed (i.e. button layout and screen). Do you have PHM Registry Editor? Could you find out the contents of the following key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows Media Player 8\Parameters\SkinDir

Awesome work, definitely one of my all-time favourites! A couple of comments:

On your screenshot the carrier, message count and appointment text is black - on mine it's white, it's a bit difficult to see...

Also could you make it more obvious which of the plugins is currently highlighted on the homescreen? With the exception of the MRU, which gets a little highlight when selected, I can't tell (without counting!) when I'm over the Profile plugin, for example.

Gotta agree with Bosshog on the white text.

I must admit I never noticed it. If ya could change it to black or at least point us in the right direction to change it ourselves.

And when is the G1 autobots theme being made :D

For the colours, the scheme is a seperate XML file from the homescreen. Have you changed the scheme in settings?

If this is the case, sorry, I should have mentioned something :oops:

ah, I had the color scheme set to "default", changing it to "decepticons" fixed the home screen text and plugin highlights. Good work! :D

Ahhh, she says:

Skinfile key is wmplayer.skn

Interestingly, I also have a Windows Media Player vaule. It also has parameters with one called:

defaultportraitskin = /windows/default.skn

Hmm. I've not heard of this key. Can you try the backslash change above, and if that doesn't work, try changing this key to \storage\application data\home\decepticons\wmplayer.skn ?

Nope, don't have a storage card. all I did to install was put it on the phone, open file manager and open the files. I think /storage is the designation for this phones internal flash?

Anyways, my bad the skindir key DOES have the trailing backslash.

Changed. Doesn't seem to have helped.

Are there supposed to be any other keys in HKLM\software\microsoft\Windows Media Player8?

All I have in there is Paramaters, and under that Skindir and Skinfile

Seems a little light on to me... Maybe this phone has a different WMP version?
