video on spv500c

hi all,i went out on saturday and took a video for the first time,i transfered it to my pc,but it shows up as nero file,nero wont play it,neither will wmp 10,not divx,even though its encoded in the default setting of mpeg4,i asume i need a converter ?,or is nero at fault ?any help is greatly appreiacted. :cry:

some times things are just to easy,now why didnt i think of that ?.

cos ive never used quicktime thats why.thanks a lot

you can change your settings so that in future you capture your videos in avi format.
