Hi, I found a site the other day on changing your ROM - but I can't find it now, anyone know the addie.

Also on the site it talked about adding programs into the ROM, so if you can do that, is it possible to work the other way, and remove programs too?

Unless you know exactly what you are doing it is very easy to kill your phone by altering the ROM. There is a French site that has a ROM for the SPV\E100 and it's a known phone killer.
