Profile Problem

Hi, I have an Orange C500 (iMate SP3) and the profile seems to be stuck on headset, if I try to change it, it goes back to the main screen but remains on headset. Any ideas how I can fix this? I was thinking of doing a complete reboot, but dont want to lose everything

This is an old problem.

It can usually be cleared by blowing sharply down the headphone socket as it is the switch that is stuck. Failing that, a gentle poke around with something that won't do any harm - others have used matchsticks but I'd be wary.

Tried puttin git in and taking it out slowly (ooer) but its now gone and got itslef stuck on speakerphone mode! grrrr

did a hard reset and its fixed :lol:
