WM 2003SE Phone and BT PAN

Hey there,

Does anyone know if Windows Mobile 2003SE Phone can be added to Bluetooth Personal Area network (like PPCs)?

Is there any software that can do that because my pc doesnt find any PAN aware devices when I set my phones BT to Discovery mode...
