Can I sync to a different PC?

I set up sync with my home PC this morning via USB, and it works fine. Now at work, I cannot get it to sync - I notice it has the computer name of my home PC on the Options menu entry of Active Sync on the mpx220, and it does not let me change it. I would prefer to use my work PC for sync'ing.

How can I change the PC I sync with?
