I just got a new Audiovox SMT5600 and I love it!

I unlocked it so I can use it on the Cingular Network, got a 512mb card, have mp3s and a movie already on it.

But I'm having some basic phone problems. If someone calls me or if i call them, about 35-50% of the time, I will lose a connection within a minute. It gets really fustrating! Should I call audiovox and get this thing serviced?

I loved my audiovox until I migrated from ATT to Cingular couple days ago. I also started having problems with reception after the switch. Maybe your problems because of that too.

Is there some settings that need to be changed after switching carriers????
