Guest marcel_brakels Posted February 17, 2005 Report Posted February 17, 2005 I downloaded a homescreen and installed it. When I selecteded it to put it as homescreen, the C500 sayed that he couldn't find all kind of files. After 6 or 7 from this 'missing file' errors I pushed on the home-key. But after that the phone was frozen on his homescreen. I can't come in settings anymore and I can do anything with my phone! But I can still answer incoming calls, put up and down the volume headphone and I can still can lock and unlock the phone. Is it time for me to re-boot my phone or something? And if it is...do I need something for this action, I have never done this before. What is the best option for me now?
Guest pauledmond Posted February 17, 2005 Report Posted February 17, 2005 Take out the battery, wait 1 min and restart. Hopefully it will start working again and you won't loose any data.
