SPV UNLOCKED ON 3 NETWORK

Hi

Can anyone tell me if spv e200 can be unlocked for use on the 3 network.. i have had enough of the crap 3 phones that they hand out but love the tariff..

My plan is to use spv e200 on 3 with tomtom mobile as i travel alot.. Are there any alternatives to this if the above can't be done

I have sucessfully unlocked xda and can make/ recieve calls with 3 sim but it does not read the sim so can't get contacts from sim
