Guest The Lostprophet Posted February 17, 2005 Report Posted February 17, 2005 ah i remember now, place them in ipsm>app data>sounds is there a way to have them on the SD card tho?
Guest Disco Stu Posted February 17, 2005 Report Posted February 17, 2005 My understanding is that the MPx200 will only play MID0 format ringtones (along with wavs) so perhaps you need to convert them. There are free converters easily found with a quick Google.
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted February 17, 2005 Report Posted February 17, 2005 The reason you are getting the 'beep' is because the tone you are trying to use is not encoded to the required format.
Guest MotoMaster Posted February 17, 2005 Report Posted February 17, 2005 I would also like to now, if I can put the sounds (ringtones) to the storage card. Is it possible? Please let me know how to do it!!
Guest Disco Stu Posted February 17, 2005 Report Posted February 17, 2005 You'll need Jeyo Personaliser to do that : http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDet...&txtSearch=jeyo
Guest ronny Posted February 18, 2005 Report Posted February 18, 2005 I would also like to now, if I can put the sounds (ringtones) to the storage card. Is it possible? Please let me know how to do it!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yes you can, just put it under My documents folder on the sd card, and also it won't work for custom ring tones.
