And don't forget Opal Fruits, somehow a Starburst just isn't the same.

Ah the world's going to the dogs.

It says mothers like the new packs -

most mum's I speak to won't give their kids Smarties 'cause they go mental on the orange ones (a bit like me with the network provider of the same name), so as far as I can figure it's us adults who buy them.

And I don't think they'll have the same quality if you can't pop the lid at someone when you're done.

I vote to petition Nestle and let them know how much business they'll lose!

Same as, my kids go in to shock if they are fed the blue Smarties, it's only me who eats them (Smarties not kids) and I had forgotten about Opal Fruits being changed to Starburst, OMG I need to lie down or maybe get a boost from a pack of E number loaded Smarties.

Dont forget Juicy Fruits (im sure thats because it had a different meaning in the US).

Im gonna miss the days of getting a tube of Smarties and downing the lot in one go! Wait, that was 10 years ago.... Still, next they'll be taking Transformers of the air and replacing it with cartoons about chasing cute cuddly imaginary animals

Then again, maybe Nestle could repackage the GIANT Smarties in a tube. You'd get the same proportional experience that you did when you were ten. I'd definately buy that tube!

Down that!

I not the biggest smarties fan but while we are on the subject of candy . . . has anyone noticed that the pink sweettart flavor has changed? It has always been my favorite and about 2 years ago or so it tastes completely different

Nobody seems to have noticed that smarties have been available in little boxes for ages. I think these are great because there is just about a good mouthful in a single box.

Where have my teeth gone? :-&
