Guest Andy Tang Posted February 18, 2005 Report Posted February 18, 2005 At work I've set up a couple of Blackberry's and via the webclient on Blackberrys website, it is possible to have it collect email from the work OWA server. The Blackberry webclient collects the emails from our Exchange server via OWA, then forwards them on to the Blackberry. Is there a similar service I can use on my C500, so the emails are sent to Outlook client on the phone, rather than go to the OWA site via the web browser? Thanks in advance Andy
Guest chucky.egg Posted February 18, 2005 Report Posted February 18, 2005 There is a service called Always Up To Date, which uses SMS to send ActiveSync commands to your phone. It is effectively "push" email. It can be expensive (because of the number of SMS messages sent), but by using scheduling you can reduce that cost.

Take note that you require MIIS if running Exchange 2000, but Exchange 2003 comes with it built in.
