Wireless Data plan as home ISP?

ie. Can I use Cingular's wireless unlimited data plan as an internet service provider for my home computer? Hook up the phone as a modem to my PC and get online through Cingular's network?

If this possible, what is the speed? Would it be equivalent to regular AOL dialup?

Have a look at the FAQ section for setting up the phone as a modem.

You should only need the modem driver and Cingular GPRS settings.
