Hi there:

I bougth yesterday a SDA mobile flashed with the I-mate roms (1.1.33.21) and windows mobile 2003 (4.21.1088) compilation 14132. And I have a few problems and doubts?

Is there a new rom/windows version around (at least with English language, prefered Spanish?

If so, where i can get it?

I'm having a few problems with my fortuna clipon GPS. Searching around I found a lot of posts where ppl talks about to change Bluetooth Com ports 7 and 8, but I don't have such options in the Bluetooth configuration menu? Any solution?

I also have a few problems with activesync 3.8. Must I downgrade to 3.7.1?

Thanks for your patience:

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much of an SDA owner base (yet?) here on Modaco but there are more Imate SP3i users so hopefully someone can give you an idea.

With regards Activesync, can you give us more info on what it's doing or not doing?

Sorry I can't be more help

Wait, so you took an SDA and installed an entirely different ROM over the T-Mobile one? How is it working now for you? Has anyone else attempted this? I'm under the impression that T-Mo has restricted access to certain parts of the registry creating compatibility problems with some apps.

real problem would be flashing it back if something goes wrong. as how do you get hold of the original sda rom. some guys on sda forum have an exclusive rom but are not allowed to share :D
