Spv c500 charging problem

Hey

I'm having troubles recharging my spv c500.

Yesterday, I plugged in the charger and the light went orange for a few seconds, then it went green and the battery matter showed full.

then I plugged out the charger and the battery matter was only 80% full.

This problem kept on going and now my battery is completley empty and i cannot turn on the phone.

When I try to recharge it the light goes red but after hours of waiting- nothing happens.

Please help me out here

It's not a dust problem- I tryed to clean it a few times...

Hmm, sounds broken :?: Have you tried a hard reset? This would be the last option before getting it replaced :?:
