Application Unlocking aint working

Hey guys

I have tried unlocking my app with the following url

It is the E500 but it does not seem to work.

Can some one plz acvise me on the best way of handling it.

That site should do the job for you, but members are reporting that it can take several goes, much wailing and gnashing of teeth etc

Make sure that any firewall you have is switched off when using this...

What is actually happening ie how far do you get in the unlocking process?

awarner... that's the same advice I've been given here a number of times when I had my problems... so I was unaware of any rules violation. Sorry.

I get all the way on the site.

But no message is sent too my phone to say it is unlocked.

I try too run cabs and i get a message saying i do not have the approprite rights.

Just been there, if you scroll down to the very bottom of the Orange screen it says "your phone is not registered " download this program, "Orange Register", install it on your phone and click register, HA, it tell you the IMEI No and your phone No and connects to the web, not a lot happens, after playing with it into the early hours I got it unlocked.

Even phoned Orange and was told that it must be registered as it was working and the details are on their screen and it would cost £20 to unlock it, they didn't know the difference between app and sim.

What I think :oops: I did to fix it was enter my personal details on the phone under settings/owner information then ran register, and went on the web [any site], lo and behold I recieved the unlock message.
