Blue Tooth active sync on SP3i

I have tired 2 BT dongles now and i still cant get this to work ...xp finds the the dongles but the activesync prog cant find the com ports ??? and i have matched the com ports right

help me before i do some thing silly ......this is driving me up the wall

Hi Tim. I know there are threads listed that give guides as to how to Activesync by bluetooth so hopefully you've found these and the problems already sorted, but if not...

Have a look under the "Smartphone help and advice" forum, it listed a (nearly) bulletproof guide to Bluetooth Activesyncing. If it helps at all, it took me three days to get it to work and the only problem was that Activesync only looks for COM ports 1 to 9 - my bluetooth was on COM12 so Activesync never looked that far!
