Good picture viewer for desktop?

I need advice on a good viewer-editor program for me pc that lets me do alot of stuff w/ the pics stored on me phone. any recomends?

try splashphoto from splashdata. It syncs with the desktop and you can resize the pics by draggng and dropping.. not bad, not a very involved prog, but it does the job.
