E200 problems

Sorry if I shouldn't have started a new thread but I couldn't find anything on my problems. I've recently been given an E200 by a friend but there are a few things that are bugging me.

When I use Bluetooth, his name comes up on other phones whereas I'd like to change the display name to my name. Any ideas on how I can change this?

There is a clicking sound that occurs whenever I play ringtones, games or mp3's and it's driving me nuts. Can anybody tell me how to get rid of it?

How can I tell if he has put the latest updates on the phone?

Sorry mate, never heard of that. Could try a hard reset (or flashing it to the most up to date ROM if it's not already - the link's on CoolSmartPhone's homepage as well as elsewhere). If the Hard reset doesn't fix it then it's definitely a hardware, not software, problem in which case mate I'm afraid it looks like you've been sold a sick puppy! :cry:

If they are ringtones you have placed on the phone try the default ones as the tones may not be encoded correctly.
