I'm looking for the a ringtone of the MAYBE TOMORROW song of UB40.

Only the theme....

Who can help me ?

Try Google for the song, then use MP3DirectCut (freeware) to choose the bit you want for your ringtone, then use something such as dbPowerAmp Audio Converter (I think I paid for that a while back, but there are free alternatives) to change it into a WMA file.
