O2 settings "found the cab file"

Just got my MDA compact unlocked can anyone help me with step by step instructions on getting GPRS setup and MMS on O2UK (contract). Or point me in the right direction there are cab files on imate site but cant register. So maybe if someone has got access to imate site could send me the o2 cab (contract) from the site to [email protected]
