Guest awarner [MVP] Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 Only Activsync is designed to work with your phone, what happens when you try and connect it to your PC? Things that can stop you from connecting is firewall settings on the PC and also USB hubs can also cause problems. Also what version of Activsync are you using? ideally you should be running 7.1 or above.
Guest McHale Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 no version of MobilePhone Tools works with *ANY* MS Smartphone-based Motorola phone. -Mc
