Keypad locking settings

Hi all,

Well seen as i am a software developer by trade, i have managed to get my hands on a copy of VS.Net 2003. Now im not sure if i am posting in the correct forum but here goes.

I have got so jacked off at MS/Orange not releasing a fix for this issue of not being able to initiate voice dialing when the phone is locked, that i have decided i wanna try and make a small program that can combine the BT-Toggle program and a way to turn off the keypad lock function. Thus when i get in my car i can use an assigned hotkey to turn on bluetooth and deactivate the keypad lock setting. Then when i run the program again, it turns keypad lock back on and bluetooth off.

I think this would be an ideal piece of software for everyone out there that uses bluetooth headsets when driving (IE Parrot CK series users).

So has anyone got any tips on where i can start on this, or even better, has someone already written a program already that does this?
