Any problems with imate smartphone 2?

Hi all, i previously had a qtek 7070 however i continuously had problems with it getting stuck on headset mode. I am considering getting the imate smartphone 2 however i was just wanting to know if it has any problems or faults.

has any one had ANY problems with it? eg does it still get stuck on headset mode, are there any new problems found with it.
