Guest tw1511 Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 Ok, I need some help please. I've have a Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard, mouse and hub. I can connect my MPx220 to the hub, and thus use the Bluetooth services. When I synch with my Bluetooth, and synch, I want to know how do I disconnect? We all know how Bluetooth kills the battery so I don't want to stay connect, but... Thanks in advance for all replies.
Guest dmill Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 Unless I'm missing something, just go into your settings and turn the Bluetooth "Off". This will disconnect the phone from the system until you enable it again.
Guest tw1511 Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 Yep, you're right that makes sense. I just thought that there was an "easier" way...
Guest xda-rocks Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 Bluetooth Switch is designed to offer an easy way of switching the smartphone's Bluetooth adapter On and Off. It allows you to chage the Bluetooth radio mode with just a key press. http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDet...tch&catalog=110
Guest domer Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 (edited) When I btooth synch, if I hit the "synch" button on the left twice quickly it disconnects me. Basically, you're telling the phone to start synching, then stop right away. If you do it fast enough, you will disconnect your phone. I guess the stop option on the phone is setup to disconnect the btooth connection. This is an odd way, but it seems to work perfectly for me. Give it a try. FYI - this works AND leaves btooth ON after you get disconnected from Async. Edited February 22, 2005 by domer
