C500 and playing music

evening all, i have been a C500 owner for a few months now. i have been an unfortunate owner of the common dust problem but not the hiss every 10 seconds i read about. my problem is more strange. i have pocket music installed, v1.1 i think. now i have a 256mb mini sd card and many many songs on their, all in mp3 56kb format.

Thing is, whenever i play music from pocket music it will more often than not (i'd say 8 out of 10 times) crash, i cannot shut the phone down though it will respond, i cannot get into task manager to turn it off there so i can have to pull the battery out. i used to think it was because i never let the whole playlist fully loads, as in note the song length down. but i grew accustomed to letting this happen, and now its happening more and more.

i'd use media player but it lists my songs randomly when they are typed 01,02,03,04,05 etc yet it will see 21,20,19,18,17 etc, very annoying esp if its my dance and the songs are actually in order.

so in all, i have pocket music crashing whenever it feels like it and windows media player not listing the songs correctly

anyone have any ideas ?
