Help with T9 on MPx220

I tested out word prediction on MPx220 few times now. Everytime I experience similar problem when typing words, it auto predict a different letter and it cannot change back.

eg. www.hotmail.com - I got www.hottut and when I press m which was the next character to enter, there was no response. Is there another mode for T9? Can someone give me a description on how to setup or use word predict properly?

Very briefly :

220 uses iTap NOT T9

I've been having problems getting used to it, but it's a case of learning - iTap is better than T9 in some ways and worse in others - for example :

* better - predicts words after less button presses

* worse - for some reason the "-" character is about 10 million button presses under the 1 key

So, it's a case of getting used to it - I'm quite happy with it now

Did anyone imagine spending tons of hours pressing the mpx so it can learn the words and predict, than one day you have to hard reset it. Not everyone got a backup utilities.

I actually used Sprite backup on my PPC before, and whenever I did a full backup including registry, system state etc... after restoring, it cannot reboot. I don't want to take the risk on my MPx220, since it didn't came with a backup program. If anyone actually used, can you leave me your experience. From my experience on PPC, backup is absolutely necessary!
