Can't send MMS

When sending an MMS I get the following message.

"Unable to connect: Ensure that your ISP modem is present and inserted correctly, or create a proxy."

Any ideas? I did send a single MMS message from this phone when I first received it (last week), but today it doesn't want to play.

(I have been playing with my Connections, so now doubt I've done something to mess it up).

Sorted. Phoned Orange, they were very helpful and sorted it out.
